Terms & Conditions

Azizul-Law-Academy is a specialized e-learning platform focused on legal education. Access to its content is subject to the user’s membership category and the internal policies set by the Academy. Whether a visitor or a registered user is permitted to access specific content is entirely at the discretion of the Azizul-Law-Academy administration.

These Terms & Conditions shall remain in effect from January 1, 2025, until updated or replaced by the Academy. Azizul-Law-Academy reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice.

Free members will be able to access limited services, including:

• Each user is entitled to use only one registered account.
• Sharing or using one account by multiple users will result in permanent suspension or banning of the account.
• Azizul-Law-Academy shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such violations

If any user misuses content for dishonest purposes, the Academy may terminate their membership without notice and may pursue legal action.

• Payments for premium membership must be made through the payment gateways listed on the official website or app.
• After payment, the user must contact the helpdesk at 01631-512215 to confirm the transaction.
• Membership services will be activated only after successful payment confirmation

• Users can access learning resources according to their membership level via the Azizul-Law-Academy App.
• The app may send notifications regarding model tests, class schedules, and other academic activities

• If a user identifies any errors in lectures or test materials, they are required to report the issue with a screenshot via WhatsApp to 01631-512215.
• The content will be reviewed by the legal expert faculty. Corrections will be made if deemed necessary.
• Technical issues caused during data entry by IT staff (who are not legal experts) should be communicated for correction.

• Users may receive SMS and email notifications from the Academy regarding exams, updates, or reminders, including during night hours
• Email notifications can be unsubscribed by the user at any time.

Any content, logo, image, question, lecture, or other proprietary resource of Azizul-Law-Academy is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

The Academy reserves the right to take legal action in case of copyright infringement.
